Affiliate Program Terms of HappyShop These Affiliate Program Terms apply to all content creators, influencers and affiliates who join the HappyShop affiliate creator program across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines. By submitting your application and participating in our affiliate program, you agree to accept and comply with these terms together with HappyShop’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy. HappyShop offers an affiliate creator program for approved partners to promote our products using unique tracking links. Eligible sales generated from your assigned tracking links may earn affiliate commission. Commission rates are dynamic and adjusted automatically by our system according to market conditions, product categories and campaign performance. The latest applicable commission rate for each product will be displayed inside your affiliate dashboard. Commission will only be calculated for valid, completed orders successfully tracked via your unique affiliate link. Orders that are cancelled, fully or partially refunded, returned, expired, fraudulent or otherwise deemed invalid by HappyShop will not accrue commission. HappyShop reserves the right to deduct related commission if an order becomes refunded after commission has already been issued. You are required to clearly disclose your affiliate or sponsored partnership in all promotional content, in compliance with local advertising and consumer protection laws in your operating country. You shall not create false or misleading product claims, run deceptive advertisements, send spam messages, misuse trademarks or bid on HappyShop brand keywords without prior written approval from HappyShop. You may not manipulate tracking links, generate fake clicks or place fraudulent orders to earn commission. HappyShop reserves the right to monitor all traffic and sales data. If any violation of these terms is detected, HappyShop may suspend or terminate your affiliate account, withhold pending commission and disqualify you from future participation in the program. HappyShop does not grant exclusive sales or marketing rights to any affiliate. We may modify program rules, tracking mechanisms and commission rules at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page or your affiliate dashboard. Commission payout requirements, minimum payout threshold and available payment methods are shown within your affiliate dashboard. HappyShop may delay or withhold commission for transaction review if suspicious activity is identified. HappyShop shall not be liable for loss of profit, indirect or consequential damages related to your affiliate promotion activities to the maximum extent permitted by local law.
